Billie Bryant Schultz is President/CEO of CESCO,Inc. and a long-time visionary for woman entrepreneurs, she is a founding board member of the North Texas Woman's Business Council now the Woman's Business Council Southwest where she continues to service on the Board of Directors. She is also a founding board member of the Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) having served on that board for 10 years. She is currently Chair Emeritus of the Women's Leadership Forum of WBENC. She has served on many committees to improve women's certification and procurement opportunities for government and private contracting. Billie and her company have received many awards through the years, the most treasured by her is the WBENC Applause Award, which is given to individuals who have successfully worked to break down the barriers that prevent women business owners from being integrated into supply chain of mainstream business today.
